The COEM Snake – Double Mesh Separator is ideal for precast and tilt-up applications, which require two layers of mesh. It sits on top of the bottom layer of reinforcement mesh. This eliminates the need for Tall mesh plastic/steel chairs (top deck spacers) to support the top mesh. Which is often brittle and reduces the amount of internal panel space.
COEM Snake increases the amount of workable space in the bottom layer of the panel/slab. As it is a form of mesh (not solid) it allows greater flexibility in placing and moving necessary items in the panel/slab. COEM Snake reduces unsightly footprint in the far face of the panel/ slab. Setting out is sped up, saving labour and valuable time. Transfers load more efficiently. COEM Snake aids in the finished product adhering to the engineers structural specifications and design.
